Section 93
Submitting a report to the Government of Nepal
(1) The bank shall submit the following reports to the Government of Nepal within four months from the end of each financial year:- (a) Audit report. (b) Report on its operations. (c) Report on economic and financial situation. (2) The bank will prepare and publish its monthly balance sheet within fifteen days of the end of each month.
