Section 55
This Act shall not apply to the tourism related business run by the Government of Nepal
Any travel or trekking agency run by Nepal Government, Hotel Wahdafa 45k. The Government of Nepal may issue an order so that none or all of the provisions of this Act shall not apply in relation to the guide appointed by the Government of Nepal for tourism business.
