In case of acquisition of land by Nepal government, registration will be done
If the government of Nepal acquires Guthi land, it can ask for the land itself instead of the compensation amount for that land. But if Guthi Raitan numbered land is acquired, the Nepal government will have to compensate the institute for the cost of the land.
