(1) The Council may grant recognition to degrees, diplomas, certificates or other titles related to medicine. Diplomas, certificates or other titles will be included in the schedule.

(2) A person who has obtained a degree, diploma certificate or other title from a foreign institution related to medicine shall submit an application to the Council as prescribed for the recognition of such title.

(3) The council may grant recognition to such degree, diploma, certificate or title on the application made under sub-section (2). Degrees, diplomas, certificates or degrees recognized in this way will be included in the schedule.
