(1) In cases related to the government of Nepal before the tribunal, notice shall be given to the public prosecutor or any other official appointed by the government of Nepal for that purpose in accordance with the law.
(2) In the cases mentioned in sub-rule (1), no fee or fee shall be charged in accordance with the prevailing Nepalese law when filing appeals, petitions, etc., or inspecting the related missile documents or taking duplicate sarees from the Government of Nepal.
(3) In cases related to the government of Nepal, the concerned government employee or government lawyer shall not sit on the date.
