(1) Nepali citizens who contribute to the honor of the country by doing excellent work in various fields of public life including education, literature, art, science, culture, public administration, may be awarded the decoration of Nepal Seva Proveen.
(2) The design and shape of the decoration as per sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in Appendix Two Schedule-4.
