Section 2 of the Nepal Health Services Act, 2053 (hereinafter referred to as “the original Act”),–
(1) The words "Ministry of Health and Population" have been substituted for the words "Ministry of Health" in clause (j).
(2) The following clauses (j1) and (j2) are added after clause (j):- “(j1) “Trade Union” means section 92A. It shall mean the trade union of employees formed according to sub-section (1) of .
(j2) "Official Trade Union" means the section 92A. It shall mean the official trade union of the employees formed in accordance with sub-section (3).
