Section 718
Courts of Nepal shall have jurisdiction:
Courts of Nepal shall have jurisdiction to process and resolve disputes arising in relation to the following matters:-
(a) between foreigners living in Nepal or between foreigners and Nepali citizens as regulated by this Code or other laws,
(b) the subject matter of the case where the defendant is a foreigner residing in Nepal,
(c) The issue of alienation of foreigners residing in Nepal having property in Nepal at the time of death,
(d) In case of transactions between Nepali citizens and foreigners abroad, the payment thereof shall be made within Nepal,
(e) Matters related to property within Nepal between foreigners or between foreigners and Nepali citizens,
(f) Matters related to contracts concluded in Nepal or executed in Nepal between foreign persons or where at least one party is a civil society organization of Nepal,
(g) Matters related to malfeasance, quasi-contract or unfair development outside Nepal where both the party or the opposition are Nepali citizens or are foreigners who have normal residence in Nepal,
(h) Matters under sub-section (2) of section 699 to be determined by the courts of Nepal.
