(1) Nepali citizens are not allowed to play casino and enter casino premises.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1), the following Nepali citizens shall be allowed to enter the casino venue in the course of their official duties:-
(a) Employees associated with casino operations,
(b) Employees of security agencies,
(c) Employees assigned for investigation, monitoring and inspection by the Ministry, Revenue Investigation Department, Internal Revenue Department, Industry Department or Company Registrar's office.
