Section 13
Disqualification of Notary Public
The following persons shall be disqualified from being a Notary Public :-
(a) Not having passed the examination as per section 11,
(b) Not qualified as per section 12,
(c) Having been found guilty by the court of committing murder, theft, robbery, extortion, forgery, corruption, coercion, drug trafficking and consumption, selling of poison or other serious crimes of a similar nature,
(d) not being of good conduct,
(e) Non-Nepali citizens,
(f) falling into the custody of the creditor, and
(g) Mental balance is not right.
