Section 62
Tenure, Remuneration and Conditions of Service of Members of the Tribunal
(1) The term of office of the member of the tribunal shall be five years and he may be re-appointed.
(2) The remuneration and other conditions of service of the members of the tribunal shall be as prescribed.
(3) Every member of the tribunal after being appointed shall take oath before the Chief Justice of the concerned High Court in the prescribed format of his position and secrecy before assuming office.
