Section 4
Eligibility to be a member of the Tribunal
The following qualifications shall be required for appointment as a member of the Tribunal:
(a) having been or qualified to be a Judge of a High Court for a member of the Law.
(b) Graduate for Revenue Member and having acquired seven years experience in revenue administration.
(c) For Accounts Member having graduated and having acquired seven years experience in the field of Accounts.
