Rule 49
Additional provisions relating to documents to be submitted to tribunals
(1) The indictment, petition or any other document to be submitted to the tribunal should be written on Nepali fullscape size paper with two inches on the left side and three inches at the top of the first page, one inch at the bottom and then one inch at the bottom of each page on the other pages, separating the words in polite and restrained language. And it should be clearly written or typed in solid black ink, not exceeding thirty-two pages on one page with enough space between two lines.
(2) The name, surname, address, age of the person bringing the document to be registered and the name, surname, village, ward, toll, telephone number, fax, email, etc. of each person objected to such document must be clearly mentioned in every document submitted to the tribunal. .
(3) The person bringing the document to be registered must have written a short signature on the top and bottom of each page and typed it correctly on the last page.
(4) If a legal practitioner drafts a document, his name, signature and the person bringing the document to be registered should be signed by mentioning his full name and address stating that he has drafted this document and has not been convicted of bribery, bribery or fraud. .
