Exemption from disclosure of any act done in the capacity of a judge
Unless otherwise ordered by a superior court, no person shall be taxed to answer any question put to him in connection with any act done in the capacity of a judge or any matter known to him in court. But when working as a judge, he is understood as a witness in relation to any incident or other matter before him in the court.
