(1) When the victim requests information regarding the judicial proceedings according to Section 9 of the Act in the case of which he/she is the victim, he/she shall submit an application in the format as per Schedule-6 to the prosecuting body, officer or court or related body.
(2) If an application is received as per sub-rule (1), the prosecuting body, officer or court or related body shall, as soon as possible, give notice to the applicant on the matters under Section 9 of the Act in the format as per Schedule-7.
