In this regulation, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,- (a) "Act" shall mean the Crime Victims Protection Act, 2075. (b) "Fund" shall mean the victim relief fund established in accordance with the prevailing law. (c) "Committee" means Victim Protection Advisory Committee as per Section 44 of the Act.
