: (1) No one shall obstruct or cause any action to be taken or done in connection with the judicial proceedings of an established crime by obstructing the judicial proceedings.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), if any person does any of the following, he shall be deemed to have obstructed judicial proceedings:
(a) presenting someone as a witness to give false evidence in relation to the proceedings of the case or assaulting or assaulting, fearing, terrorizing a party or a witness or a complainant to make or make a false statement or false statement in the proceedings of a case or in the act of tampering with evidence; or threatens or induces, imposes undue pressure or otherwise obstructs,
(b) hindering any witness from appearing in court or leading or producing evidence in connection with the proceedings, or
(c) assaults or assaults, intimidates, intimidates or threatens or improperly induces an officer of justice or law enforcement or obstructs him in any way from fulfilling his official duties.
