According to this Act, if the parties wish to settle the dispute submitted for arbitration, the parties may file an application before the arbitrator with the conditions they wish to settle, and the arbitrator's decision on such application shall be consensual, and no complaint shall be filed against such decision, except in cases where it is not in accordance with the agreement.
