Section 14
Appointment of registrar
: (1) Nepal Government shall appoint registrar as necessary for registering trade union according to this Act.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, appoint any other officer as necessary to exercise the authority of the registrar.
