Section 81
Road License

(1) If a public vehicle needs to be driven on a road other than the road written in the road license due to special work, the owner or manager of such public vehicle must submit an application to the authorized officer by attaching the prescribed form for the road license.
(2) If an application is made in accordance with sub-section (1), the authorized officer may issue a road license for a maximum of seven days after conducting the necessary investigation.
