<br> to obtain a license to act as a pathfinder
According to this Act, a person who wants to work as a guide must obtain a license.
(2) A person who wants to work as a guide must submit an application to the designated authority as prescribed.
(3) The person making the application as per sub-section (1) shall participate in the examination or training as prescribed and the applicant who passes such examination or training shall be given a license in the prescribed format by the prescribed authority after receiving the prescribed fee.
