If any person elected to the position of member is found by the court to be ineligible according to section 13, he shall be released from such position.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the Commission shall inform the concerned person about the vacancy (3) Regarding the disqualification of a person elected to the position of a member, the provisions regarding filing a complaint in the court shall be as prescribed.
(4) In accordance with sub-section (1), the notice that the member is relieved of office will be published in the Nepal Gazette.
