(1) In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned elsewhere in Section 12 of the Act and these regulations, the other duties, duties and rights of the Appointments Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) To advertise the posts and to conduct and administer examinations,
(b) Obtaining the services of skilled or expert in coordination with the relevant agencies for the preparation of question paper, revision of question paper, examination of answer sheet, arrangement of practical examination, arrangement of qualitative examination, interview etc. (c) To recommend candidates for training or appointment based on the number of vacancies in the military service according to their qualifications.
(2) The work of the secretariat of the recruitment committee will be done by the Executive Department Recruitment Selection Directorate.
