Section 15C
Conditions of non-retention in office
A member of the Board of Accountants shall not continue in his office in any of the following cases:-
(a) Upon resignation,
(b) If the auditor is continuously absent from the meeting of the Board for three times without any notice,
(c) If convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge involving moral turpitude,
(d) In case of deterioration,
(e) If the creditor is unable to pay his debt, he falls into debt,
(f) In case of death,
(g) In the case of a member of the organization, if the name is removed from the membership registration book in accordance with section 22.
