: In the following cases, the authority of the armed police above his rank shall be maintained:-
(a) so long as he continues to function in his office,
(b) Until the date of transfer and taking charge,
(c) throughout the period of leave,
(d) Throughout the period of suspension,
(e) throughout the period until the work specified by the Government of Nepal is done,
(f) For the entire period of working in other posts.
