(1) If any office bearer of a constitutional body is not in his position in any way, the related constitutional body shall send a written notice to the secretariat within seven days from the date of his absence from the office and the information shall also be given to the relevant ministry.< br> (2) After receiving the information as per sub-section (1) at the secretariat, the secretary shall inform the chairman as soon as possible.
