(1) Procedures related to the appointment of officers of constitutional bodies and the regulations related to work, duties, rights and procedures of the Constitutional Council, 2065 have been repealed.
(2) Procedures related to the appointment of officers of the constitutional body and the work, duties, rights and procedures of the Constitutional Council, according to the regulations, 2065, shall be deemed to be done in accordance with this Act.
