Section 23
Terms of office, service, conditions and work, duties and rights of officials
(1) The term of office of Vice-Chancellor, Dean and Director will be four years.
(2) Except as mentioned in sub-section (1), there may be other officers as specified in the establishment.
(3) The appointment, service, conditions and work, duties and rights of the officials under sub-section (1) or (2) shall be as prescribed.
