Officers should not give false statements
: If the officers of the company knowingly give false statements regarding the real financial status of the company in the general meeting of the company and induce the shareholders of the company to distribute more dividends than can be distributed from the profits, and affect the capital of the company, the officers who give such false statements will be personally liable for such actions. .
