Rule 59
Provisions regarding extension of tenure
(1) If extraordinary or extraordinary circumstances arise and it is not immediately possible to form another council after the term of the council expires, the department may extend the term of office of the council for one year on the recommendation of the ad-hoc committee under rule 59.
(2) If the term of office of the council is extended according to sub-rule (1), the council may also extend the term of office of the committee and the consumer group for one year.
