: (1) The term of office of the officer from the chief soldier to the superior of the military miscellaneous service shall be the same as that of the technical officer mentioned in Schedule-4 of the Act.
(2) The term of office of the Chief Subedar shall be three years. Retirement will be given on the basis of his tenure and age limit, whichever is earlier.
