Section 44F
Information to be given to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
According to this Act, if the department, regulatory body or financial information unit enters into an agreement regarding the exchange of international cooperation with any agency of a foreign country that works of a similar nature, the information thereof shall be given to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as soon as possible.
