: (1) The department shall distribute or arrange for the distribution of identity card from the place where the personal and physical details of the person are collected or any other appropriate place designated by the department in accordance with rule 5.
(2) In order to receive the identity card, the concerned person should be present himself.
(3) Pandinpatatara Tighrana Pyasi Nala distributed according to sub-rule (1) shall be cleaned and the local authority shall prepare an updated record based on that and send it to the department.
(4) Based on the details received according to sub-rule (3), the department shall update the record of identity card distribution.
