In this Act, unless the subject or the context otherwise requires,-
(a) "Minister" means Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister, Minister of State and Assistant Minister.
(b) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" shall mean as prescribed or prescribed by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
