In this regulation, unless the subject or context requires otherwise, - (a) "Act" shall mean the President and Vice President Election Act, 2074. (b) "Election Program" shall mean the election program as per Rule 3. (c) ) "Counting representative" means the person appointed by the candidate or election representative to represent him in the work of counting according to rule 22. (e) "Voting Center" means a polling station designated by the Commission in accordance with Rule 23 for the purpose of voting in an election. (f) "Voting Representative" means a candidate or election representative appointed as per Rule 21 (g) "Nomination paper" means the nomination paper submitted to the election officer for candidacy in the election.
