In this Act, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise, (a) "Special Court" means a Special Court constituted under Section 3. This Act came into effect on 15th June 2065, the words Prashasti and Adhirajya were removed.
(b) "Special types of cases" means special types of cases specified by the Government of Nepal for the purpose of sub-section (1) of Section 3.
(c) "President" means the President of the Special Court.
(d) "Member" means a member of the Special Court and that term shall include the Chairman
