:- Since it is desirable to make timely legal arrangements regarding the formation, rights and procedures of special courts in order to process and settle special cases in a fast, efficient and effective manner, the Parliament has made this Act in the first year of the reign of Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj Gyanendra Veer Bikram Shahdev.
