Section 2
Definition
In these regulations, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise,-
(a) "Act" means the Working Journalists Act, 2051 (b) 'Position' shall mean a post held by a communication institution.
(c) "Office" shall mean the office of the communication establishment.
(d) 'Welfare Fund' shall mean the Welfare Fund established under Rule 27.
