2. Definitions

Unless the context or context requires otherwise, in these regulations,–

(a) “Act” means the Pesticides Act, 2048.
(b) "Office" means an office established by the Government of Nepal (c) "Container" means a vessel or bag or pouch used to contain, cover, enclose, contain or pack pesticides.
(d) "Indicator (level)" means pesticide or pesticide-related information written, printed or drawn on the outside of the pesticide container or container or on the pesticide container.
(e) "Inspector" means Pesticide Inspector appointed under Section 13 of the Act.
