Section 2
Definition

In this Act or in other Nepal Acts, unless the subject matter or context requires otherwise-
(a) Actions - The word "actions" used in the context of criminal or civil offenses includes a group of actions and the words referring to the actions done also indicate those not required to be done by law. Any section of the Nepal Act referred to shall be referred to.

(c) Commencement – ​​The word “commencement” used in the context of the Nepal Act shall refer to the day on which the Act comes into force.

(d) Writing – This term shall include the subject written, revealed and described on an object by means of letters, numbers and signs which can be used or intended to be used for the purpose of reading and writing.

(E) Ain- this word includes the words "law, law, code, questions etc". p>(g) Fiscal Year – This term shall mean the year commencing from Shravan Sankranti.

p>(i) “Government of Nepal” means—

(f) 2063 To the Council of Ministers exercising the executive powers of Nepal in accordance with the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063 and other laws in relation to any work done or to be done from January 1 to October 2, 2072, and

(g) In relation to any work to be done, it shall mean the Cabinet of Ministers exercising the executive powers of Nepal in accordance with the Constitution of Nepal and other laws. .

(j2) “Local executive” shall mean the village executive or city executive exercising the executive powers of the local level in accordance with Article 214 of the Constitution of Nepal.” (j) Regarding Shri 5 Maharajadhiraj The words used shall mean:-

(a) In relation to work done before 16th Ashadh 2016:-
(1) The State Council formed in accordance with the State Council Act, 2010 and the State Council Act, 2011, and
(2) On the 7th of Falgun, 2011, by Shri 5 Maharajadhiraj, using the rights and royal prerogatives, the work was done by Shri 5th Yuvarajadhiraj, and

(c) In relation to the work done or to be done from Paush 1, 2019 to Kartik 22, 2047, the State Assistant or State Assistant Council authorized according to the Constitution of Nepal or Article 22A of the said Constitution. To the person or persons exercising the right according to, and

(v) Year – This word should refer to the year counted according to the Nepali Almanac, i.e. starting from Baisakh Sankranti.
