In this Act or in other Nepal Acts, unless the subject matter or context requires otherwise-
(a) Actions - The word "actions" used in the context of criminal or civil offenses includes a group of actions and the words referring to the actions done also indicate those not required to be done by law. Any section of the Nepal Act referred to shall be referred to.

(c) Commencement – ​​The word “commencement” used in the context of the Nepal Act shall refer to the day on which the Act comes into force.

(d) Writing – This term shall include the subject written, revealed and described on an object by means of letters, numbers and signs which can be used or intended to be used for the purpose of reading and writing.

(E) Ain- this word includes the words "law, law, code, questions etc". p>(g) Fiscal Year – This term shall mean the year commencing from Shravan Sankranti.

(h) Whether done negligently or not, the act done in good faith shall be considered as “done in good faith”.

p>(i) “Government of Nepal” means—

(d) In relation to any work to be done from 23rd Kartik 2047 to 3rd June 2063, the Constitution of the Dominion of Nepal, 2047 and others

( e) To the Council of Ministers exercising the executive powers of Nepal in accordance with the Constitution of the Dominion of Nepal, 2047, the Declaration of the House of Representatives, 2063 and other laws regarding any work to be done from 4th June 2063 to 30th January 2063,

(f) 2063 To the Council of Ministers exercising the executive powers of Nepal in accordance with the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063 and other laws in relation to any work done or to be done from January 1 to October 2, 2072, and

(g) In relation to any work to be done, it shall mean the Cabinet of Ministers exercising the executive powers of Nepal in accordance with the Constitution of Nepal and other laws. .

(j2) “Local executive” shall mean the village executive or city executive exercising the executive powers of the local level in accordance with Article 214 of the Constitution of Nepal.” (j) Regarding Shri 5 Maharajadhiraj The words used shall mean:-

(a) In relation to work done before 16th Ashadh 2016:-
(1) The State Council formed in accordance with the State Council Act, 2010 and the State Council Act, 2011, and

(c) In relation to the work done or to be done from Paush 1, 2019 to Kartik 22, 2047, the State Assistant or State Assistant Council authorized according to the Constitution of Nepal or Article 22A of the said Constitution. To the person or persons exercising the right according to, and

(i) Putra (son) – This word also refers to an adopted son who is allowed to adopt a son in the Act.

(i) “Putri” (daughter). - This term also refers to an adopted daughter who is allowed to keep an adopted daughter in the Act.

(y) Sub-section- This word means the subsection of that section if "sub-section" is written in the section.

(r) Will- This term refers to all documents written by Khushi Raji to receive property after death.

(l) Written – This term includes words printed, lithographed, photographed and written in any other visible and understandable form.< /p>
