(a) "Authority" means the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal established as per Section 3.

(k) "Committee" means the Board of Directors constituted as per Section 13.
(l) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.

(d) "Director General" means the Director General appointed as per Section 19.
(n) "Prescribed or prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
