In these Regulations, unless the subject or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Act" means the Nepal Citizenship Act, 2063.
(b) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of Nepal (c) "Local body" means a village development committee or a municipality and the term includes a sub-metropolitan municipality and a metropolitan municipality as well.
