2. Definitions

Unless the context or context indicates otherwise, in these regulations,-

(a) "Fund" means the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund set up under Rule 3.
(b) "Committee" means the fund management committee as per rule 6.
(c) "Divine disaster" means natural disaster such as flood, landslide, fire, earthquake, drought, heavy rain, lack of rain, disease transmitted by animals and birds and other organisms or epidemic of communicable disease, road accident caused by natural causes and That word will also refer to industrial accidents.
