In these rules, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,–

(a) “Fund” means the Children (Development and Rehabilitation) Fund established under rule 3;

(b) "Development and rehabilitation program" means children who are within the prohibited age to work in any establishment according to the prevailing law, if they are found to be directly or indirectly involved in any export or other industrial establishment, such children will be given educational, It shall mean the program to be conducted in accordance with this regulation for intellectual and health development and rehabilitation. d) "Chairman" shall mean the chairman of the committee.

(e) "Member" shall mean the member of the committee and the word shall also refer to the chairman and member-secretary of the committee.
