2. Definition

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this order, –

(a) “Committee” means the Budhanil Kanth Kshetra Development Committee constituted under section 3.
(b) "Budhanilkanth area" means the following areas under Kathmandu district. East of 9 Gya - Ward No. of Chapali Bhadrakali Village Development Committee. Bagadwar Nagi Gumba of 5, ward no. of the same village development committee. 3 from the main road to Devidanda, Taulung to Satrudreshwar and Naulingeshwar Bhadrakali. 9DD0 West - Ward No. of Vishnu Budhanilkand Village Development Committee. Tokha Chandeswari Bhagwati temple at the junction of 6. 9h0 North - Ward No. of Vishnu Budhanilkanth Village Development Committee. 7 through the road to Tokha health home, Bishnu Paduka temple and Chapali Bhadrakali village development committee's ward no. 5 to Satrudreshwar Mahadev temple. 9th South - Chapali Bhadrakali Village Development Committee's road going to Taulung, Bishnu Budhanilkanth Village Development Committee's ward no. 2 through Gangadev Mandir Khadka Bhadrakali Village Development Committee Ward no. 3 and 5 till the road to Dharampur and Khadka Bhadrakali Temple.
(c) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.
(d) "Member" shall mean a member of the committee and the term also refers to the chairman and member-secretary of the committee.
(e) "Executive Director" shall mean the Executive Director appointed as per Section 6.
(f) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
