Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this Act,-

(a) “Amount” shall mean the work that has been or will be contracted by the Government of Nepal in accordance with section 3.

(B) "Contract" means the contract awarded by the Government of Nepal in accordance with this Act and other applicable laws of Nepal. Lahachahap Mari means the application sent by the person who agrees to take the contract.

(d) "Increase or decrease" means the increase or decrease made by the persons who want to take the contract for settling the contract according to this Act.

(e) “Danq” means any increase or decrease in the contract, the person who wants to take the contract should remember the amount of cash or goods accepted in relation to the contract. It should be remembered that the license is given with the right to spend the money or start the work according to the conditions.

(g) "Acceptance" means the person agreeing to take the contract according to the conditions between the government of Nepal and the contractor subject to this Act and other applicable laws of Nepal. The written consent given by the contractor should be kept in mind when opening the conditions.

(h) "Lease" means the contract given by the Government of Nepal to the contractor in accordance with the terms and conditions between the Government of Nepal and the contractor subject to this Act and other applicable laws of Nepal. (i) "Nepali citizen" means any organized organization and firm in which all or most of the shares are owned by Nepali citizens and also an organized organization owned by the Government of Nepal.

( j) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules under this Act.
