In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,-
(a) "Board" means the National Cooperative Development Board established under Section 3.
(b) "Committee" means the Executive Committee constituted as per Section 7.
(c) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.
(d) "Co-Chairman" means the Co-Chairman of the Committee (e) "Member" shall mean a member of the committee and the term shall also refer to the chairman, co-chairman and member-secretary of the committee.
(f) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the regulations made under this Act.
