In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,-

(a)        “complaint” means a plaint, any other complaint, claim or claim or counterclaim filed in a court and The term also refers to the indictment or the report in the case of a criminal case.

(b)        “Case” means the case mentioned in section 3 to be dealt with and disposed of in accordance with this Act.

(c) )         “Court” means the Supreme Court, High Court or District Court and the word refers to any other court, judicial body or officer authorized to hear and dispose of certain types of cases according to law.
