Rule 2
Definition
In these rules, unless the subject or context requires otherwise:-
(a) “Act” means the Explosive Substances Act, 2018,
(b) “Schedule” means the Schedule to these Rules,
(c) "Foreman" means any employee who, under the employer's employment, looks after any explosives, distributes explosives to other employees of his employer or uses them himself.
