Rule 2
Definition
In these regulations, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise,-
(a) "Mission abroad" means Nepali embassies, consulates and trade agencies abroad.
(b) "Authentication" shall mean the act of certifying that any document in the records of any station or court or government office or certified by such station court or office is as it is in the record or certified.
